Kris was asked about the legal side of the question – can employers legally require employees to be vaccinated?
“If an accommodation can reasonably be made, an employer should absolutely make every effort to make it. But if it’s a situation where an employer cannot accommodate that request, termination may be the only option for them,” Finlon said.
