A word from our client...
We owned a business that should have been filed under LLC but was a Chapter S and we should not have personally guaranteed the leases we had. When there were discrepancies with the Landlords when it came time to renew, in each case the ownership of the spaces had changed. The options were not guaranteed and the rents were impossible to make. Our additional location was under construction and the contractor walked off the job just days before the final inspection. All these financial factors fell back on us personally. Our personal attorney recommended Heather Culp to help us walk through our financial and legal options.
She sat us down in the initial visit and reviewed the options. We worked with her assistant Cynthia and developed an overall status of our finances and next steps. We met again to decide on our best avenue with our business failing as it was. She took time, handled each legal situation separately. She was professional and thorough. She helped us put together a lengthly financial status with forms that she normally uses and adapted them to our situation. Her assistant Cynthia helped us with research. She kept in contact with us. Together they walked us through the entire process with support, assistance and followup at every turn. I could not have felt more professionally and personally satisfied.
