After graduating with honors from Clemson University, Julia Kirby Stage realized her calling for family law while working as a clerk for a Mecklenburg County District Court Judge. Julia stands by her personal philosophy to be her client’s steadfast, zealous advocate. She realizes that going through a separation or child custody case can be one of the most challenging times of a person’s life. She believes in educating her clients through every step of the way so they can be confident in their decisions. While the process is emotional, Julia is known to go out of her way to get the results her clients deserve. Julia is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers of Charlotte. Julia represents victims of domestic violence, pro bono, through Safe Alliance’s Legal Representation. Also, Julia is a Volunteer Attorney for the Council for Children’s Rights to ensure every child’s right to be safe, healthy, and well-educated. Julia lives in Charlotte with her husband and two boys. You can find her spending time with her family and her two sweet dogs in her spare time.
