Essex Richards announces that attorney Heather Culp is now a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Chapter 7 Trustees are appointed by the Bankruptcy Court to oversee and administer Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Heather will be assigned cases in the Charlotte division.
Chapter 7 Trustees are not government employees; they are private citizens appointed and supervised by the W.D.N.C. Bankruptcy Administrator. Heather will continue to work full-time at Essex Richards representing private clients in addition to serving as a Trustee.
