Essex Richards attorney Heather Culp was among the instructors at the North Carolina Bar Association’s 43rd Annual Bankruptcy Institute held on December 10, 2020. Heather and co-speaker Brandi Snyder of Reidsville presented on the topic “Best Practices for Managing Debtor Cases from Beginning to End.” They shared forms and checklists they’ve developed as well as do’s and don’ts in relationships with potential clients, clients, bankruptcy trustees, and other professionals in the bankruptcy system. 300 bankruptcy professionals statewide attended the live program virtually, which will also be available on demand.
