Essex Richards attorney Heather Culp will join thirteen lawyers from around the state of North Carolina to update on the year’s legal developments. Culp will provide the updates on consumer bankruptcy, covering the basics of bankruptcy for individuals and married couples with an emphasis on what non-bankruptcy attorneys should know about debt and credit problems (especially what real estate attorneys, domestic attorneys and personal injury attorneys should know about bankruptcy).
The seminar will take place on Thursday, October 13, and Friday, October 14, 2016, at the North Carolina Bar Association Center in Cary, NC. Attendees can join the program live at the Bar Center or tune in via live webcast from their home or office. The program will also be offered at various locations around the state via video replay.
