Media partner Jon Buchan was interviewed this week on WFAE’s “All Things Considered” by host Gwendolyn Glenn.
Buchan was asked to discuss Judge Jeffrey Foster’s recent ruling in the Andrew Brown Jr. case that allows Brown’s family to see the police body video footage of his shooting within 10 days, but it will stay out of the public view for at least 30 days.
During the interview, Glenn asks Buchan to explain several aspects of the ruling and North Carolina law related to the decision.
